CANCELLATION POLICY

There are different cancellation policies, depending on the specific tour or package you choose. Please be sure to verify which one is applicable to your chosen trip  prior confirmation.

  • For a full refund on half day or full day tours you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tours’ start time 
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours, before the tours’ start timet, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the tour’s stat time will not be accepted
  • If any of our tours are canceled due to poor weather, you will be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • Some tours requires a minimum of people. If they are canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you will be offered a different date or tour
  • *Cut-off times are based on the tours’ local time

      Package & Treks

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 5 full days* before the trips’ start time.
  • for a 50% refund, you must cancel 3-4 full days* before the trips’ start time.
  • If you cancel less than 2 full days* before the trips’ start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less the 2 full days* before the trips’ start time will no be accepted.
